We think chicken is egg-bound but she’s still alive after 4 days? Help

Day 1: I spotted our hen moving slowly with fluffed up feathers. She wasn’t scratching or pecking at the ground like the others and at one point just stood there looking around. We decided to leave her be and check on her tomorrow.

Day 2: Quarantined her inside the house, gave her warm water baths, forced sugar water mixed with calcium down her throat, massaged her vent, gave her mineral oil enema. She’s eating the oatmeal we gave her but doesn’t seem interested in the regular food she normally eats. She’s also pooping but not as regularly as normal. Looks alerts, comb is red, tail is up though we didn’t see her lay down. Still fluffing up.

Day 3: Did the same things we did on Day 2, still looks alert, her comb is bright red and healthy looking, tail’s up, still eating oatmeal and not interested in regular pellet food. Fought when we forced sugar water mixed with calcium down her throat. Poop is less watery with more solid black compared to Day 2. We did see her lie down to sleep though. Still fluffing up.

Day 4 (today): Shocked she’s still alive, gave her sugar water and let her roam with the others just to see what would happen. She’s basically acting the same way she did on Day 1.

Basically nothing changed, she doesn’t seem to be getting weaker. We didn’t see worms in the poop, we didn’t feel an egg, she never did the squat they normally do when egg bound, and we have no idea what’s going on. Now we did lose a hen to egg bound and her poop on Day 2 was similar to the dead egg bounded chicken, except it got more solid and slightly more frequent as time went on. At this point I’m seriously doubting she’s egg bound.

The only “wrong” symptoms are her fluffed up feathers, standing still for no reason, relative lethargy, abnormal poop, and lack of interest in regular food and water (she will happily eat oatmeal and bread). What’s wrong with her?

Did her examination include a finger probe to see if there's an egg? Is she heavier than you expect? She may be an internal layer and there would not be anything you could do. (Egg peritonitis)
