If your getting a foul odor from the chick it most likely is infected inside her and you need to hit her with antibiotics . The chick may also have an abscess in the abdominal area. abscess are usually very painful. I would give her an injection of antibiotics for two days and then proceed antibiotic orally for 6 days. Just monitor her closely.
