It looks a bit blue now.... It is way more alert and noisy! And it's now up and walking around like its fine but I will keep a really sharp eye on it

That looks like a bruise. Perhaps an adult chicken or another chick pecked at the spot when it was more brightly colored.
However, the fact that there's no open wound is great, and that she's perking up.
Just keep it up, I think she's recovering well.

If your getting a foul odor from the chick it most likely is infected inside her and you need to hit her with antibiotics . The chick may also have an abscess in the abdominal area. abscess are usually very painful. I would give her an injection of antibiotics for two days and then proceed antibiotic orally for 6 days. Just monitor her closely.

I was going to do that yesterday but I don't know what antibiotic to use or what the dosage is

Duramycin-10 is a common antibiotic used on chickens, and is safe for young chicks.(it goes in their water though) I'm doing some more research right now to see what best fits your needs.
Tylan is a common injectable, although you'll need to find the right concentration and amount.

It's belly has no odor today??? And it looks way better. It's still weak though

It's looking good.
I would say that it turned out to be the best case scenario, and the smell was just the yolky scab thing rotting. I wouldn't treat it for infection unless you see more symptoms, so for now just observe and continue feeding it good foods like eggs, as well as its normal food, and giving electrolyte water if you have it. Glad to see she's getting better.

Hello, I was keeping up on your progress and so glad things are looking better. I started out buying some chickens, about 20 or so from a foreigner here in the Philippines and I now have over 100 so I deal with these problems daily as I also incubate eggs also. The Best of Luck.
