Weak baby serama please help

I have this serama chick whos been very slow lately, im not sure whether its been eating or drinking but its days old. I gave it sugar water with honey and it got slightly more active but im still worried for it. It moslty sits in one spot and it sleeps alot. Please help

Seramas are weak chicks. They have many neurological and genetic problems.

If the chick hatched a day or so ago it still has enough egg yolk. If it is past eating its yolk try feeding chick starter made into an oatmeal consistency. Any pictures?
