weak chick!

one of my chicks is looking really weak, should i stick him back in the bator?

How long has it been hatched? Is is dry? Do you have the heat lamp for it?

i put him back in the bator. he hatched earlier this morning, i had a heat lamp but all the other chicks in the brooder were picking oon him and he wasa weak as is. he was trying to get under the lamp but they wouldnt make room so i though he would be better back in the nice and toasty bator. i feel bad because he's probably lonely but a new chick just hatched so atleast they have eachother...
