I have a polish bantam hen about a year old. She was in with my bantams until I regimes them recently. I mover her in with my standards and she seemed to be doing ok but she does hide under the coop a lot. Never seen anyone pick on her though. This morning my daughter found her laying in the coop and she wouldn’t stand. I put her in my rabbit hutch and dipped her beak in water a few times and gave her a handful of chick crumbles. She had a tiny bit of green poop near her vent nothing else. Her crop is small and hard. Have they been starving her maybe? She seems to be perking up after eating and drinking. No weird discharge on her face weird breathing etc. eyes are bright. She’s standing now.

I heard that green poop can be a sign that the hen isn’t eating much. Is she walking around now or is she still a little lethargic? Has she pooped yet? Checking her most recent dropping can tell you her condition.

She hasn’t not pooped yet which is another reason I’m wondering is she was like starving.

Polish usually have to face a lot of bullying when in a flock of normal hens. So it would be better for her to put her back with the bantams.
And usually they have a problem with their mostly overgrown crest feathers which should be trimmed back to allow for unobstructed view. They often don't find their feed and water because they lack free eyesight.

That is a for sure possibility because I moved the entire coop and pen soon after she go out in there. She’s been drinking tons since I separated her. If she’s looking ok I’ll put her in with my silkies. I just split them off for breeding

Sounds like a good plan. And with her new 'hairdo' she will be just fine.

It might be helpful to feed her separately in the beginning, so she will be able to regain her strength before facing the new group of Silkies.
