I cannot see a need for antibiotics at this point, but that is up to you. How are her droppings?

I 100% agree here.
Antibiotics will most likely not do a thing for her.
She doesn't sound like she has an infection.

Vitamins may help.

Her poop was fine but the last couple have been runny. Im not sure how much selenium or e to give her. I gave her a 1/4 of a pill of selenium and half a gel capsule of e this morning. I have a vitamin b complex here for my other animals but not sure if I can give it to chickens.

You can use BComplex, but you are already giving NutriDrench and nutritional yeast, so probably don't need extra B vitamins or E. ND also has those plus selenium. Selenium is easily given in some egg, tuna, or sunflower seeds. SF seeds also have E and thiamine.

I have her in our barn coop. We just got cows and the birds spend a lot of time in cow pen eating whatever they find. Could it be that? Thank you for all of the links. I will read them all when I get home. Apparently she got up long enough to cuddle on the floor with my dog. But it seemed to wear her out and now shes down again. I need to read more about merc but I dont think it matches. Ugh. We raised 7 Brahmas over the summer and lost them all except her to one thing or another. She is so pretty and sweet. I don't want to loose her.

Botulism is from eating a toxin found in dead animals or fish, or from vegetation buried under ground in an anaerobic state. Moldy feed can cause similar symptoms. It sometimes takes time or a necropsy after death to identify some illnesses. Mareks disease can look like many of these diseases, so treating with vitamins and feeding/watering her can help. Rebascora has a lot of posts about Mareks in her flock, so perhaps looking some of those may help.

I would stop the ACV in her water. It doesn't help anything, and could interact with vitamins. The vitamins may take some time if that is the problem. Keep in mind, though, that if she has something like Mareks disease, it would be good to contact your state poultry vet or lab about getting a necropsy if you lose her. The body must be quickly refrigerated and taken or shipped on ice packs. Mareks can only be identified after death with testing feather shafts or tumors, and it would be good to know if it is in your environment because of future chickens.
