Hey,
I have a pullet who suddenly lost all strength in his legs. One day he was fine, running around as usual and the next day he couldn't walk without using his wings as balance and to help propel him forward. If you can imagine this - he looks like Mr Burns from the Simpsons. Instead of his body being held horizontally above his legs, it is hanging vertically downwards towards the ground, in between his legs. Sometimes he slowly starts falling backwards and has to use his wings to balance himself again. He eats, drinks, tries to walk around, and makes normal chicken noises, so I don't think he is sick. The only thing that I thought could have had in influence is that we gave them all banana peels (they love to peck the insides of the peel), and he swallowed a whole strip of the peel the day before all this started, so I thought maybe it could have been an intestinal thing, but he is still having bowel movements (although they are a bit watery???)
Please help!!!!
