Weakness and emaciation with eye turbidity, what disease can it be?

You can try to get testing, depending on where you live. In the US, many of the state vets or poultry labs may do testing for a reasonable fee. There are commercial labs such as Zoologix, but they charge around $95 for a respiratory disease panel which you collect from swabs they ship to you.

Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) is vety common and may cause eye bubbles and conjunctivitis (pinkeye) where they eye looks sunken. Coryza is another that can cause eye swelling, but it causes thick smelly discharge and pus. Other bacteria might cause those as well, so best to get tested or if you lose a bird get a necropsy.
