Web Page Opens While on BYC

Having trouble make a post, took 5 tries opening a new page to reopen to post what i am getting now after i try to post plus the adds are popping up this morning.
This is what is going on now when i tried to post on a topic.

I am using a desk top and do not know what OS means, it seems to have stopped for now,some of my peafowl friends were also having the same problem.

Any Chrome users seeing this login icon? I seen it this morning, it prompts to sign in but I'm already signed in?

Desktop(s) XP & 8.1 - not seeing this. Rclick on that "toolbar" and scroll down to "INSPECT ELEMENT" Lclick & check out the origin of this "bar". You might have inadvertently installed some "pup"ware (Potentially Unwanted Program). This is the sign in from my youtube page,notice the guitar circled in the pic is the same as in the post above.
I never wanted Google + but it came as part of a youtube thing a couple of years ago.

I don't have a problem using the browser.The new sign in showed up after the ad problems that were happening here on BYC.That is why i was concerned at first,

The problem with Google plus is that they changed youtube and you automatically got a Google plus account, no opt out option.Most youtubers didn't like the idea.
It became their "social media" facebook type thing? So you can't email a youtube user through youtube you have to go through Google plus,and add friends in your circle etc.
