Webbed foot in chickens

Is it necessary to correct webbed foot in chickens?
If so...how?

Does it seem to be causing trouble for the chicken? If not, then it is probably not necessary to do anything about it.

How old is the chicken? I think some cut the webbing after disinfecting the skin well. But it would be best to see pictures of how severe it is.

Here is a picture of a webbed toe in a chick, that I would sepearate. Then I would put plain Neosporin on it and place it on a clean towel overnight.
