Hi everyone,
I have a treadle feeder that I bought from Al at the Carpenter Shop in OKC. I've liked it very much. The past couple of nights, however, I've heard the "bang" sound that it makes when it closes quickly. (I live in the city with 4 hens and the coop/run is fairly close to my bedroom window). That means some kind of animal has learned to use it. I want to see what is happening at night. I want to buy some kind of webcam to see what is getting the feed. Does anybody here know of an inexpensive item for this? I would like to either record on a loop just at night or be motion activated. I've heard about people using baby monitors or hunting cams. And, of course, people use the real web cam thing. I don't know anything about this, so any advice would be appreciated. I'm not looking for the "prettiest-high def pictures" just something inexpensive that is functional. Thanks so much.
