I don't know about posting your own poultry but I bought my last batch of silkies from Efowl. They're fair and easy to deal with.

You can try Craigslist. It's basically online classifieds. Depending on your area, there's usually plenty of poultry in the pets/animals section.

ETA: It is also free to post the ads.
