I have a ten-day-old chick from MM who has been looking weak, and I noticed today that she makes a small clicking sound with each exhalation. I suspect that this is a respiratory issue, and not good.

What is the appropriate treatment?

Is there any point in separating her at this point, given that she's been in the same pen with the other dozen chicks for ten days?

No, she did not, unfortunately.
Of 19 chicks in the order, I lost SIX. They were clearly stressed by the journey, which took three days, rather than the usual two. One of the chicks also arrived with a splayed/broken(?) leg, so there may have been more than just delay; maybe a drop? That's a lot to ask of a baby chick. Next time I order chickens, I'll have a freaking ICU ready for them. Honey water all around, and an extra serving of Gel-Gro or whatever that electrolyte goo stuff is called.

We spent so much time nursing chicks only to lose them. It was really a draining experience, and quite unlike any I've had in previous mail orders.
