Sounds like you need to seal it back up, I would try a nontoxic glue (like elmers) to seal it. First, stop it from leaking, then put on the glue, and dry. I've done this before, and chick did survive!

ok i have a glue called weldbond for paper fabric and wire , acid free and non toxic . So i clean it glue it and let it dry ? then what how do i get this yolk absorbed its not small but its not big and its been on him for almost a hole week

Get it sealed

He will heal up in time. Just keep it clean and dry
