Where did you learn that? It's not actually legal to take up to 12 eggs to the states unless you follow strict importation procedures.Yeah, most them have rose combs over here too. I think in about two generations I'd be able to line breed them back to Baby Bee or split them off with other Thüringer roosters to get Duckwing and other varieties.
That's super cool! 1 person can legally take up to 12 eggs to the states with them, and I usually go to Texas every summer to visit family so if be able to bring 12 eggs with me to stabilize a good breeding flock of a couple different color varieties of the Thüringer bantam!
