Yes, chicks on medicated feed can get cocci. Medicated feed does not prevent them from getting it, all medicated feed does is hopefully buy you some time to get medicine (Corid). I did use medicated starter feed with Amprol,reason is the only feed i could find in Manitoba is medicated. They were all fine,that being said, i would have preferred non-medicated while treating my chicks.
