Week old turkey poults

My turkeys are a week old today and growing like weeds. They are big talkers! I live in central Florida where the temp have been in the 103+. I have been turning thier light off during the day and turning on a box fan above them for ventilation. They love the fan. This is my first batch of turkey poults and they are so much friendly than all of the chicks. Love them!

Cute batch. They are a lot more personable than chickens and love to talk. My batch is about 3 weeks and they spend the day outside on the grass in the shade. They are waiting every morning to ride in the bucket to their pen.
