Week old Turkeys pecking butts!!

I have 10 white turkeys that ate a week old. Half of them have had their butts pecked and bleeding. I have red brooder lamps. I have separated as many as possible while still keeping at least 2 together bc the cry and get lonely. I tried toys with red dots. I covered butts in blue. I'm at a loss of what else to do. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

How much space do they have? They may be too crowded.

What are you feeding them? Poults require a high protein game bird starter.
