So these are some of my babies from my batch from cackles surprise

yellow but wings are coming in tan striped yellow legs not sure on breed

I think that you are right about the last one being a pullet, but with the lighting and the chicks age it's rather difficult to be able to say what they are and what gender they are right now. I would re-post them in a couple of weeks.
 
I got some banties from TSC and there are a couple of chicks that look the exact same as the ones you're calling Old English, even has the same amount of feathering! My question is, is that kind of a universal lable for them? As in, is it like calling it a cochin, but there are several different sub-types? I'm just trying to identify my babies, too, and they're my first chickens so I'm lost!!

For the OP, the first Cochin pictured looks to be either partridge or gold laced. If your yellow chicks in the second picture are large fowl, they are probably white Leghorns. Are the OEGs bantams? The black is possibly a Jersey Giant. Not sure on the first little chick though. Maybe a sexlink of some sort???
