Weekly egg?

My duck, Rocio, laid an egg the last week, and this week at the same day laid another egg. Why she lay every week or not every day or every 2 days.
She is healthy, happy and have enough food.
The first egg was laid in the soil, but the second made a nest and put it in, the hide it with the straw.

It might be because it's so early in the season. Mine have been laying every day, but a lot of ducks are just starting to lay or haven't even started yet.

How old is she?

She is 11 months old. She started laying in very cold and windy weather, but now it's less cold. I would love to see my girl with her babies.
