I'm getting many of these same breeds in May. It's nice to see what they will look like at different stages/ages.

That is totally awesome! Its crazy how quick they grow up!

I know! That's one of the reasons I wanted to do the journal. They change so fast... it's hard to keep up with who is who. People ask all the time if their bird looks normal. I thought this might help some people with those questions.

Week 3!
They're growing up so fast.

Gold Laced Wyandotte

One of them has a flat comb (what is the technical term?) and the other has a single row. These are hatchery quality birds, so they're not going to be perfect, obviously.

The supposed Blue Laced Red Wyandottes....
Yeah, right.
I'll take ideas!

They're very cute, but I'm not seeing the blue or the red. What a disappointment. Maybe they'll change.
