Weird abcess

What is it and how can I save mí chicken that is weak. I separated her from the flock.

Hello, my name is Mari. I am a new xhichic mom for about six months now. I am a city girl thay is trying to do organic chicken raising. First,I had a chicken that had parasites, now another chicken who is 4 months old is sick with something near her neck.

What I am doing wrong that I keep getting sick hens.There are 9 hens, two coops and a large chicken run. They eat organic food and scratch. I have them on DE, orégano and garlic extract. I don't know what else can I do?
