Weird chick - supposed to be a Spitz - breeder says Serama? Help me ID

I don't mind if the first one is a Serama. He sent me a few 'surprise' eggs due to shipping issues - it's just weird that I KNOW it came out of one of the ones marked as a Spitz egg. But the second one is clearly a mystery mix, which ticks me off. I paid good money for that batch of eggs (several different breeds), and I expect to get what I paid for.

Okay, here are some comparison shots. Keep in mind the blue ones are all Jersey Giants. I tried to get shots with the Appenzeller and the other mystery chick for a more reasonable size comparison:

And... hmm.... the Polish thread folks also said the other mystery chick is an Appenzeller Sptizhauben mix. Don't know how I missed that
