weird chickens

I have 8 week old chickens that free range my backyard during the day. A few times my daughter has gone to "play" with them and couldn't find them

Turns out everytime they are sleeping in my FULL recycling bins underneath the cardboard.

I might have to use one of those to make the nest box out of this weekend when I build them a coup..
