Weird crusty bumps developed outside of the egg

Hi everyone. So late last night, I noticed this egg, which definitely didn’t have these bumps before, developed these bumps that look like albumen fizzed out from the pores and then dried up on the shell. Feels like it too. Very crusty and alike dried egg white. The embryo, who was moving(pulsing) and kicking ish, candled 2 days ago, on day 4-5 I think, also stopped moving...at least I think so. I already let it have a moment to jolt or something.

It was late at night so I put it back to go to sleep, but now next morning, I wondered if it quit early just a few days after first candling and if it was my fault or not. If it’s not viable anymore, do anyone know why that happened and what went wrong? I checked a few other eggs quickly and they were still fine, kicking, pulsing, lots of veining.(image under)

Decided to just remove it. It doesn't have happy veins and strong movement, and I have an egg that was in a spot that hardly turns(the inner ring) already so I swap its spot. Really sad because it's a white egg and I really want the white eggs to hatch but not taking the risk of spoiling eggs.
I think you made the right call. To me it looks like there is no continuing development and probably has a blood ring which is what happens when they quit. Also the shell is probably too porous which could be why the bumps appeared. I would imagine that if you left it in for several more days or a week it would rot and be in danger of exploding. Best of luck with the rest of your hatch!

Early embryonic death is a normal part of incubation, short of cracking the egg open it is not your fault! Just as many early pregnancies end in miscarriage, many before we even know they area thing, so too with eggs. Some are just going to die even with the best care, if you can learn something great but don’t despair or indulge false guilt, move on and focus on the living!

Oh yeah, this is what it looked like before removal, just for reference(I forgot to post the pic)

It was the only egg not veiny and pulsing out of a dozen eggs I checked today(pretty quickly)
While I could've give it a several days grace period, I have an egg that wasn't spinning much when I test auto turner so I took this egg out and replaced its spot with the struggling egg. Despite the incubator capacity being 30, some did struggle to turn due to neighboring eggs or size. I previously hand turn those eggs but now enough eggs are removed they all turn smoothly. That’s great at least.
