Weird egg hatching

Not sure what it is, but it’s alive in there. Going in for an assisted hatch.

Update. I made a big hole in the air pocket. I decided to leave it in the shell as the blood vessels were still pink and it seemed active/ flinched when I poked it.

Did that pip/hole happen in the air pocket?
So odd, kinda looks like jelly in the photo, was the humidity possibly too high?

It looks like the hole is at the wrong end of the egg. Could it have pipped the wrong end and ruptured something like the yolk sac?
