I have been consistently getting an egg like this daily for about a week now. I have 6 hens total, 3 2yo Isa Borwn, and 1yo, orphintons, and a wyandotte. Im not sure who is laying it. Do I need to be worried? Should I change something? Everyone seems healthy and thriving.

Looks like it could be a body check egg. I'll link to what the Egg Quality Guide says about them.

https://www.thepoultrysite.com/publications/egg-quality-handbook/20/bodychecked-eggs

The EQG is mainly for commercial flocks so take whatever it says with a grain of salt. Are you getting one a day or maybe one every couple of days?

It is normally going to be the same hen that is doing this. If it were rare I'd think she started to lay the egg, something upset her, she delayed laying it, and extra shell material was deposited on half of the egg. So maybe look into your lighting program (if you use lights) or are they being disturbed. Since it is regular I'd think it is a defect in the specific hen, probably not much you can do about that.
