Weird egg yolks

I hard boiled eggs today and most of them came out like this. Like there wasn't any white around the yolk. I've never had this happen before. There was also water inside the shell when I was peeling them. Also often times lately when I make eggs the yolks almost seem scrambled inside. So the yolks don't come out round. Other times the yolks break right when they get into the pan-which is super awesome when the kids want over easy eggs for breakfast. Any thoughts on what could be going on with my chickens?

How are you guys handling the eggs? What age are your chickens?

They don't get bounced around. They are in the barn, then in the house, then either used or washed and put in the fridge. The chickens are a year old

What does the egg look like when it's cracked in a bowl?

Sometimes just normal round, and sometimes like the yolk has been mixed up inside before it's cracked
