Ha ha ha! I know, we've grown up to perfect store bought, preselected, packed according to size eggs. When we had our first eggs, I was shocked at the size, color shades and funky shapes, I guess eggs are as diverse as people. I was using the store's standard, some of my hens still lays torpedo shapes, some are perfectly round, but majority are what we are accustomed to boring beautiful eggs
