Weird egg

My girls just started laying last week. I have 17 week old red sex links. Today I got three eggs. All tan but this one is whitish and kind of chalky. The Shell is hard. I know there will be weirdos until their bodies figure this out but I was wondering if I should worry with this one.

Eggs vary from bird to bird.
Some lay smooth shiny eggs, some lay rough matte eggs.
Combo of shelling, coating, and bloom qualities and quantities.
..and it can change from day to day.
