Weird eye on 6 week pullet

I Just noticed one eye on a 6 week old pullet looks - off. Is it an infection? Something else? What do you think?

It is possible that she has conjunctivitis (pinkeye) due to a sinus infection. Mycoplasma gallisepticum ( MG) can be a common cause. You can apply Terramycin eye ointment 2-3 times a day. Tylan 50 injectable given orally, or Tylosin powder can be added to her water for 3-5 days. Here is a good article about MG:
