I just moved this pullet (Blue) and 11 other pullets to my main coop where my 24 hens live, theyve been locked up for a week and i let them put today. I was checking my pullets to make sure they werent beat up, when i noticed this on Blue's face.
Shes shy of me so it may have always been there and i didnt notice, but i separated her from the others in case it was serious.

These are the growth/scab things, theres two by her beak and one above her eye.

Above view - you can see it protrudes far

The other side of her face, it has nothing on it.

She acts normal - eats fine, runs from me when i get close
Shes really healthy, her feathers are as silky and soft as theyve always been and her body is firm and muscled. She isnt acting different at all.

I really need to know if its something dangerous, ive got six other pullets im taking to a fair and i dont want to spread anything!!

Likely fowl pox. It's contagious, but it shouldn't do any lasting damage. Iodine can help dry up the lesions and promote faster healing. If you have mosquitoes, that would further lend weight to this diagnosis.
