Weird hen?

This bantam was sold to me with a bunch of roosters. It appeared to be a hen when I got it at 8 months.
Here's when I first got it.

Acts like a hen amd does hen behavior. She had rounded hackle feathers also. Has not layed eggs. However recently "shes" gone threw some changes. "Shes" alone but I started raising up some chicks.
This is what it looks like now.

Ages also taken up, crowing but it's not really a crow, it's more of a odk, scream? It's a pretty weird noise and she does it all day long.
So what do you guys think? Rooster? Hermaphrodite? Hen with high testosterone?

That is definitely a rooster. I can actually make out some male saddle feathers in the first picture, too.

Not the prettiest crow.... not all are...but definitely a crow.
It might get better with time.
