Weird lump inside hens mouth? Swelling; what to do/what is it???

My Ameraucana hen has a weird yellowish "lump" inside her mouth. I looked closy at her today, and saw that side of her mouth is swollen. The lump almost looks like pieces of corn stuck in her skin. It's not; I have "poked" it, and it won't come off.

What in the wold is this? How can I take it out??

nystatin can help if its fungal.sounds like it might be. take a look at thrush in mouth of chickens see if its similar? if not thrush still could be fungal. I'd try nystatin.
