Weird material in egg

I have an ISA Brown hen about 2 years old and she had a reproductive infection in November and I treated her with antibiotics. She recovered, but one day I saw a shell less egg so I assumed it was her and gave her calcium. Today, in the nesting box, I found an unusual large egg with brown specs. Should I keep assuming it is her since her past? Should I do anything else?

Looks like meat spots which is shedding from the oviduct. It's common.
