If it were me, I'd probably contact the person you bought them from. At the very least inform them of the situation and allow them the opportunity to respond.
Swap days and flea markets are a haven for illness, disease, germs and bacteria. Get birds from a reputable breeder. Since you don't know for sure what the problem was, you also don't really know how long the virus (if that is what it was) will remain. If it were me I'd locate a breeder that vaccinates for Marek's within 36 hours (from what I've read, it can be beneficial to do a second vax as well). Then don't get them until they're at least 4 weeks old. I'm waiting on some more Wellies myself right now. They're 4 weeks old and have been vaccinated for Marek's. They'll have a fowlpox vaccination as well before I bring them home at 8 weeks. Of course, they'll still be quarantined but at least I'll have done all I can do try to get healthy birds.
