They all do it once in awhile. It doesnt scare me. I figured it was just some chicken thing. theyve done it since they were chicks. I was just wondering what it is.

I'm sure it is fine. You would definitely know if not. I had one in particular that started doing it. It got worse and worse as the day progressed and was struggling to breathe.

I just started giving my chickens apple cider vinegar and cottage cheese with probiotics. It seemed to clear up their extra swallowing.

Maybe they need extra help digesting their food?
