The tiny egg is called a fart egg, wind egg or rooster egg. It may or may not have a yolk. Most often they don't but once in awhile can.

Well I mean I've read where they need veterinary care because it's an infection which is why there is pus. Read where it said it means it's their last egg, etc. So now what?
