5 mins ago I noticed two of my chicks have huge pimples forming on their faces. There is a chicken virus spreading around my country and I am not sure what is happening to both of them. Any advice?

Setup is a fairly big cage in which I have seen a few mosquitoes. I open them quite a few times daily with their mother so they roam around the lawn. They are mostly fed with rice, grain, tomatoes and sometimes leftover watermelonLooks like they’re either pecking each other or they are being eaten by bugs... what’s your setup like and what do you feed them?
upon further inspection, it really does look like fowlpox(I live in Pakistan). These chicks are about 12 to 13 days old. Does fowlpox have a high mortality rate? What is your location? It could be fowl pox, a virus spread by mosquitoes. It lasts about about a month, and goes through the flock slowly. It is especially serious in chicks, but older chickens usually recover. There is no treatment.
Dry Fowl pox pretty much has a 0 fatality rate; it will run its course and be over but the birds will be carriers for life. However, I think your birds may be protein deficient. Do you not have access to proper chick food in Pakistan?upon further inspection, it really does look like fowlpox(I live in Pakistan). These chicks are about 12 to 13 days old.
