Weird position to lay in?

Cookie , one of my eight-year-old Welsh Harlequin hens, who has been acting somewhat lethargic and antisocial the last few weeks, (and I’ve been giving her vitamins, which seem to help somewhat,) but anyway she recently has been laying in this position that seems weird to me. She looks too rounded and her tail is down. I’ve never seen that before. anyone?

hmm, could be some kind of infection, or egg binding.
