Ok so I wanted to start being a pescatarian, but people scaring me with stuff like fish doesn't have a nutrient we need and that my hair can fall off, is that possible?

The key is making sure you eat all the things your body needs and eating healthy and not just eating a bunch of highly processed junk food that is lacking in nutritional value. If you are concerned about the transition in your diet perhaps you can start taking a daily multivitamin (if you aren't already) and then you know you are at least getting the vitamins your body needs until you figure out how to get them all from your food. Also a gradual shift in diet instead of going cold turkey might help. Not everyone will understand your decision and eventually you won't have to explain yourself so much
They will also see that you are still healthy and have a full head of hair and will worry less.
