Weird soft white sphere under skin of a hens wing?

One on my Salmon Faverolles, Skip, has been severely “loved” by my roosters. I was de-miting her and giving her a bath to separate her from her former flock when I found this. It’s not on the other wing or on any other chicken I’ve seen?

Take a razor blade and nick the center of the "globe". You will likely see a trapped feather follicle. Take tweezers and pull on it. It will then unfold as it should have before it got itself trapped. Dab a bit of antibiotic ointment on the nick.

It would hurt about as much as a pimple on your chin would hurt you. Once you free the follicle, the pain will be gone.
