weird squawk and behind issues

She's sneezing.

How does her crop feel? Is it emptying overnight?
Have you looked inside the beak for canker, plaques, lesions?
Any mucous from the nostrils, watery/bubbly eyes?

sounds awful! but how do you feel for the crop? what are you looking for? I've never had to do this before so not sure what's going on. I have looked inside her beak and didn't find anything unsual although I'll look again after this. I will look at her eyes and nostrils although I haven't seen any

The crop is on the right side, it's a pouch that hold food/water. If she's been eating/drinking today, you will probably feel food in there, so it's hard to gauge function. I would check it when she goes to sleep tonight, then first thing in the morning so you can compare it - the crop should be empty in the morning before she eats/drinks.

I double checked her beak for canker, plaques, and lesions but found nothing. I did notice that she only breathes out of her mouth and doesn't or can't breathe out of her nose though. However, there aren't any snot or watery eyes. And mabye your right she is sneezing but she will not squawk like a normal hen and when she doesn't want to be held she continually makes that noise not a squawking noise :hmm

In the video she looks like she's panting (maybe respiratory distress) along with the sneezing. She's not going to want to be held, so don't try. She's not going to give a normal squawk either.

Have you added any new chickens to your flock in the last 30 days?

If she continues like that, seeking vet care is best. She may have a respiratory illness, it's hard to know.
