Weird thing in poop

There was poop i took it out from it since I thought it was a worm and the chickens where going to eat it out of curiousity
You're good. Just keep an eye on them. The color is of healthy tissue, you didn't say it smelled so instead of being cecal it's intestinal shed, which is no cause for alarm on its own. You said they're pooping, eating, drinking, and laying normally, and the sickest one has recovered, correct?

Just make sure they have good nutrition and fresh clean water so that everyone recovers properly, especially if it's getting hot where you are, they may drink more water than usual. As you move forward, try to determine what it is about the hen that was very sick that may have made her sicker than the others. Sometimes it's a crapshoot, sometimes it's because they like to eat poop or are already in poor health due to another condition (old, born weak, previous injury or illness, stress, etc.) What's different about her? Was she sitting on a nest recently? Parasites are always going to be there. I'm sure you know your flock well enough to know if she's different somehow. That would be the thing that you'd want to try to improve for the future. If you truly don't know then it was just the luck of the draw and she was "patient zero" for lack of a better analogy. A thorough cleaning of the coop and other frequented areas (pooped on) is in order, and now you're better prepared for next time.

I know you were scared a week ago, but you did a good job being a good chicken dad!:highfive:

yeah man got stressed she’s my smallest chicken last Wednesday we took them out she was fine running went back outside my sister told me she was just there looking lethargic brought her in didn’t know what the problem was prepared some electrolytes and she pooped and my sister saw the problem there was some white thing moving surely enough they were worms we went to get safeguard gave it to everyone few days later she’s back at a 100, yeah she must have been patient zero she was the only one acting different, we clean there water every day clean their coop every week and change their bedding for their boxes aswell

I also think that looks like intestinal wall shed or blood-tinged mucus, which can happen normally on occasion, or when there is an irritant such as worms or coccidiosis. It tends to look stringy when spread with a stick.
