weird vent issue

I have a 17-month old sex link that is having issues pooping. She squats, almost like she's trying to lay an egg, and seems to strain to poop. A pinkish bulge comes out of her vent, then poo, and while still squatting, walks around and everything seems to go back where it's supposed to be, then continues on walking normally. Her poo looks normal, she's eating and drinking, she's laid an egg everyday since I've noticed her doing this (I kept her separated from the others so I know it's her egg). Umm, help? I've tried to research, but I can't find anything similar to what she seems to be doing.

Sounds just like my hens when they poop they kind of wiggle their butts poop walk a little bit shake their butts and go about their day.
