Weird wings on chick, what is going on?

My guinea keets wings did this a few weeks ago and then they just grew out of it and now they're flush against their bodies like they should be.

I had some EE chicks that looked like that. They grew out of it. Give the little guy a few days before you make a decision>

That is good to know thank you, did your chicks walk funny too? Mine is smaller than the rest of the chicks.

All my chicks looked like that and they are all happy and healthy. Not every chick looks they way we think they should. Personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with your chick from the looks in the photo.

The wing tips look fine, but I would dust him with poultry dust if he is scratching, also any other chicks in with him.

My last hatch, out of 16 live chicks, I had one who wouldn't open his eyes and one who couldn't stand at all and had a crooked neck.

At 24 hours old, the closed eyes one (that I couldn't even gently open with a damp cloth) opened his eyes when I dipped his beak in water, and has been fine, since.

at the end of the second day, I was going to cull the chick who couldn't stand at all with the bent neck. It looked so pitiful, but I noticed it was laying on its feet instead of its side as it had been. Knowing that it had a 3 day supply of yolk, I decided to give it one more day. On the third day it was (barely) standing, and by the fourth it was figuring out how to wobble around and peck.

At 4 weeks old I can barely tell it from the others... the only remaining visible difference is she (I think) doesn't lift her beak straight up as well as the other chicks, when drinking she just sort of tips it in. It's amazing how far she's come, I never thought she could even walk, much less normally.
