Weird wings on chick, what is going on?

Ok, went outside to get the chick and try to post a picture.

Now the chick can barely even walk and it takes it foot and scratches it head like a dog. The tries to walk and scratches like a dog again.

This is also from the same batch of chicks I hatched and the one chick was born with no eyes! That one died.

I have a bird that was Itchy- no reason to cull, by itself, and certainly don't cull without a pic being posted and several experienced eyes giving an opinion.

I discovered that Itchy was actually bitten by chiggers, and that makes me scratch, too- not a problem once I dusted the roosts with sulfur. The leg is how they scratch their heads- totally normal.

Have you got a pic yet? We can help a lot more with that up.

Is it the tip of the wing feathers that stick out or the actual bone part that sticks out?

I got it figured out! The picture that is! So does anyone have any idea? I am thinking it must have a neurological defect with the way it is scratching and walking like it is drunk
