Weird yolk

Alright so this is the 4th or 5th time I’ve gotten a yolk like this from a new layer. It’s never intact and looks off. Mottled yolk maybe? Any ideas and how to correct?

Thank you! I actually read that article and couldn’t find something quite like what I’m dealing with. If I was a one off I wouldn’t be concerned but it’s happened too many times to be a “whoops”

What's that lighter colored blob near bottom of pic?
Looks like it might be lash material.

I thought it was just a part of the yolk… the shell looked normal before I cracked it. If I get another one I’ll explore it more. I had a hungry one year old waiting for his eggs so I didn’t take too long to investigate it
