Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

WV already said . What I would like to know . Is that the temperature at the top of the eggs ? really try hard to get the temperature to stay constant on the top of the eggs .

We want to see your incubator can you take some pictures ?

Pictures or it didn't happen :gig

I'm really digging the outfit :thumbsupLooks like there isn't anything wrong with his lungs .:lau
My thermometer/hydrometer is level with my eggs. I am trying. The temperature in the house keeps fluctuating as well which isn't helping -_-

Alright, I'll get y'all some pictures in the morning. I'm not home at the moment and I need to upload them from my laptop.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one. I bet! It's been pretty bad just about everywhere I think. I used to live in the lower part of SC. It was always warm, rarely cold. Some days it was 95 degrees in the winter. This year.... 8 inches of snow in some places!! :th

:D

I won't even try to hatch in winter, summer is difficult enough. I have bad temperature spikes... so frustrating...
Not those kinda pics
What makes you so sure? :D

Yeah, this is my first time and the thoughts of it being so cold didn't even cross my mind. I'll know next time. I bet so. I'm sorry :hugs
An incubator dressed in a mankini is not what sprang to mind. Whatever floats your boat, I guess

I find that the more the house temp fluctuates the more insulation the incubator needs. Or find a spot in the house that has less air movement and therefore a steadier temp. For example a closet.

I actually usually incubate better in the winter because the wood stove keeps my humidity lower.
