I don’t want her digging there as I have Penelope and Petunia buried were those bricks are.

She likes to step on my hand when she has poopy feet ewww! I think she thinks I’ll clean her feet for her - what a princess. I’ve started calling her m’lady….

It’s rather windy and chilly here today, she is hunkered down out in the run, not overly happy about being cold. And I’m with her on that!

Though I confess I am kinda liking Cookie for her even though it isn’t very original. It suits her somehow. Cheeky and cute.
She copied Piglet who was sunbathing. Loom at that little wing flared out!

Should I expect Aliss not to lay eggs while she's healing?

Mine that survived an attack I think laid that day, possibly the next too, then stopped for a month I think. So she may possibly lay whatever she has in queue but then stop. The hens that witnessed the attack (lost friends) stopped for a bit as well but resumed more quickly.

Miss Floppy (RIP) hiding up in the tree with Einstein after that attack.

My 2 girls that survived the dog attack in my yard laid for a couple of days after and haven't laid since. They are 5 years old, so a slow down is expected, but I definitely think the attack affected them.

Egg update

All silkie eggs are hatched.

P1 is the only one remaining, I gave it a quick scan but don’t think it’s doing anything but it can stay till tomorrow morning.

Three wee kiddos gosh they are tiny compared to what the Noirans were!
